The main purpose of the Eagle Harbor Homeowner’s Association is to serve the membership, to protect the property values within our development by enforcing deed restrictions, conditions and covenants, to maintain the common areas, roads, boat slips, etc. We are committed to building a quality community that complements our individual preferences, individual styles and the community values.
