Written approval of the home construction or major improvement project plans is required prior to commencement of any clearing, grading, or construction.

The Construction Process is described in detail. Read it thoroughly to assure you understand the requirements. You will need to submit to the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) either the “Request for Building Review” for New Residence Construction OR the “Request for Approval of Project Improvement” for Major Improvement Projects with all requested information. In addition, you will need to sign and submit the “Eagles Harbor Subdivision Construction Process Signature Page”.

The ARC will follow-up with you on your request.
